As an AI Advocate within the ibm.com team, you’ll harness your skills to engage in the development of explainers and tutorials, which wil Strong expertise in NLP – familiarity with transformers, LLMs, text classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition.
Experience with ML/DL frameworks – such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, spaCy, or LangChain.
Programming skills – proficiency in Python (primary), plus optional knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages.
AI/ML model lifecycle knowledge – including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, fine-tuning, and deployment.
Hands-on with open-source AI/NLP tools – and understanding of community-driven innovation and best practices.
Familiarity with MLOps – model versioning, monitoring, and pipeline management.l focus on common AI use cases that can be solved for via IBM’s watsonx platform.
Your role is to build authoritative content focused on topics related to the Data and AI space to encourage and drive adoption in this space. You should leverage internal product enablement, market and academic research, books, top articles and videos on search engines to inform your content. This in-depth research will allow you to identify content patterns and cross reference information across sources, enabling you to craft authoritative technical content on search engines. Your content should drive organic traffic outcomes to the IBM website as well as progress (i.e. convert) users further down the marketing funnel.
AI advocates, specializing within the NLP space. You’ll be responsible for developing and mentoring the team to develop their best work to contribute and amplify IBM’s credibility within engineering/AI communities.
You will establish partnerships with our technical sales teams to understand the different use cases that are emerging within POCs
You should be able to consume and understand information on complex technology topics from trusted sources to author informational articles and tutorials in a clear and concise manner. Your articles should avoid buzzwords and business jargon.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, foundation models, and large language models. Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to assess their potential impact within our day-to-day work as a team
Partner with product marketing to weave in IBM’s point of view on a specific technology topics.
Navigate IBM products, like watsonx, to document common industry-related tasks (e.g. using a Jupyter notebook in watsonx.ai to build machine learning models)
Collaborate with SEO strategists and user researchers to understand the content needs of our core audience
