As a Subscription & Annuity Representative, you'll work with IBM Sellers, Dealmakers, Customer Success Managers, senior IBM executives and/or Ecosystem Partners to grow Subscription Annuity revenue by identifying new growth and expansion opportunities and minimizing attritition. You'll be directly responsible for ensuring timely processing of renewals and interface with operations, pricing, contracts and negotiations, legal, and Customer Support organizations.
- Subject Matter Expert: Have knowledge of webMethods and StreamSets product lines and the business value they deliver to customers.
- Communication/Negotiation: Ability to effectively communicate value of a customer's Subscription Support / SaaS agreement and proactively identify and overcome objections (e.g., price increases, minimum contract duration, etc.)
- Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to seek out and collect information & data and ask thoughtful questions in order to make informed decisions.
- Contribution/Leadership: Understand the Subscription & Annuity team mission and vision. Challenge the validity of existing procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments/solutions.
