- Client-facing experience design consultants who have proven expertise in UX design, service design, design research and/or designOps.
- Responsible for evangelizing and applying human-centered design and agile methods to create valuable customer and employee experiences between IBM clients and their customers across every channel over the entire customer lifecycle.
- They have experience in data-driven user research, experience strategy and design, business analysis, technology implementation, and the orchestration of “front stage” and back stage” processes.
- On a day-to-day basis, they engage with client partners and subject matter experts around the world to deliver project proposals and solutions that demonstrate IBM’s diverse capabilities, methods and proprietary assets for experience-led business transformation.
- They also lead, manage and grow junior design consultants focused on product, marketing, commerce, sales and service transformations across every industry and market.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable business and technical solutions.
- Capability to support clients in design, business analysis, system analysis, facilitating user research, and leading design workshops.
- Adaptability to excel in a dynamic, technology-driven consulting environment.
- Passion for innovation and the ability to synthesize diverse perspectives into practical, actionable solutions.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to derive data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience with financial systems or enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and methods for user research and prototyping.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages or analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) for data-driven problem-solving.
