In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
The Young Apprentice Program aims to prepare and insert young people into the world of work.

Young people aged between 17 and 21 (if the candidate for a young apprentice is a person with a disability, there is no maximum age limit for hiring);
- Students enrolled in the last year of High School in Public Schools or Scholarship holders with completed high school;
- Young people with complete secondary education in public schools, as long as they are not enrolled in higher education;
- Young people with low family income (since the Young Apprentice Program is a Social Program to contribute to the inclusion of young people in the job market);
- Not having been "Apprentice" in another company.
-Be available to work from 8 am to 17 pm. If you are in high school, be enrolled in night shifts.
