Join our team and be a part of shaping the future of IBM and its clients. You will be an integral part of global IBM Legal, working especially within IBM Corporate Security and IBM Trust and Compliance. 

You will explore opportunities where data and AI, including generative AI, can improve processes. 

Your core work will be to develop and support automation and AI across a variety of enterprise tools, especially in application of AI to Corporate Security, eDiscovery, Forensics, and other legal processes. 

You will work alongside a team of other very passionate professionals with opportunities to learn and grow. You will contribute your experience on data management and engineering processes within the team, guiding others on best practices. You will personally commit changes daily or near daily, see those changes in production weekly, and present progress to stakeholders every 2 weeks. On a day to day basis, you will see your actions having impact in the organization, talking to and working closely with the stakeholders you support.

  • Contribute by breaking down ideas into actionable, iterative goals 
  • Continuously learn and apply best practices 
  • Execute on individual goals for creating technical solutions using modern programming languages and generative AI workflows, using techniques including semantic search, prompt chaining, and agentic AI. 
  • Contribute technical solutions for analytics and visualization using Python, Typescript, Javascript, SQL, and a variety of other technologies as necessary

  • Experience and practical hands-on experience with a modern, high-level programming language or scripting in a language such as Python. 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational or graph models

  • Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills

 

Zaželeno strokovno in tehnično znanje
  • BS or significant hands-on experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Engineering, IT, or a related field 
  • Experience with generative AI 
  • Experience using and creating data-centric solutions, analytics, machine learning, or data visualization / dashboarding 
  • Experience with Plotly Dash, Superset, Cognos, or similar high or low level frameworks for creating and deploying analytics and visualizations 
  • Experience using or creating data lakes / warehouses 
  • Experience with web technologies (such as a major web framework such as React, Vue, Angular or Web Components) sufficient to contribute with web views, but not necessarily start new projects 
  • Applied knowledge of statistics
