In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Vaša vloga in odgovornosti
  • Drive, influence and contribute to the integration strategy definition for a given business segment, liaise with business partners and end users to understand business & technical needs and drivers,
  • Define integration standards, patterns, and frameworks to support enterprise IT strategy,
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions,
  • Lead the selection and implementation of middleware and integration tools (Azure Integration Services).
  • Ensure system interoperability, data integrity, and performance across distributed systems.
  • Oversee API management and service-oriented architecture (SOA) design.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to integration developers, ensuring adherence to architecture standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize existing interfaces for performance and scalability,
  • Identify and manage key security, data, infrastructure dependencies

Zahtevano strokovno in tehnično znanje
  • 8+ years of experience in systems integration, including 3+ years in an architecture or lead role,
  • Strong technical skills AIS, SAP BTP IS, Solace,
  • Deep understanding of integration protocols and technologies (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, JMS),
  • Hands-on experience with middleware platforms, 
  • Proficiency in API design, management, and security (OAuth2, JWT, API gateways).
  • Experience integrating cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, SAP Cloud).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes related to integration development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and system analysis skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Zaželeno strokovno in tehnično znanje
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification in relevant integration platforms 
  • TOGAF or other enterprise architecture framework certification.
  • Experience in data governance, master data management (MDM), and event-driven architecture (EDA).
  • Prior experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or digital modernization projects.
