We are seeking dynamic and motivated Learning Content Development professionals with excellent English writing and communication skills to join our team and provide support for authors and subject matter experts (SMEs) building enablement assets and external education.

 

Vaša vloga in odgovornosti

 

Learning Content Developer professionals drive outcomes in four specific areas:
  

Asset creation: Help build and review enablement assets such as presentations, enablement material, hands-on lab/demo guides, quizzes, videos, and more. As you create or work with other content creators – you will adhere to standards, keep content current, and identify areas for content improvement. 

  

Asset standards compliance: Support authors with reviews of their content to ensure the content follows the pre-defined set of enablement standards for consistency across all enablement assets. 

  

Asset publishing: Manage and organize assets to be published on the necessary platforms so that sellers and partners can easily obtain the content. 

 

Leverage Generative AI: Use Gen AI technology to assist in the creation of learning content including text to speech, automated language translation, assisted course summarization/creation. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Collaborates with experts and authors to obtain required content or information for content to build enablement assets and co-creates content assets 
  • Reviews content with attention to detail and identifies areas for improvement and areas to apply compliance standards 
  • Designs and executes process of rationalizing, mapping, tagging, and maintaining assets  
  • Delivers presentations and videos in a way that is consistent and professional 
  • Keeps track of progress and provides regular status updates

  • 4+ years' experience writing technical or marketing documentation in English
  • Proficient C2 level in English communication (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating and editing lab documents 
  • Proficient in video editing (using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia)

  • Adobe Captivate experience
  • Learning Management System experience
