We are seeking a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in software development to join our Complex Cloud Solutions team at IBM.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing technologies to support IBM Cloud complex solution deploytment for our clients using cutting-edge AI solutions, leveraging technologies such as Watson, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position involves close collaboration with other IBM Cloud teams who work to deliver solutions for our clients.

  • Strong full stack software development skills, with a proven track record using programming languges such as Java, Python, JavaScript (Node.js,next.js), Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib.
  • Experience of Front Development using React, Angular ,Vue.js
  • Experience of Back End Development using RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture and databases.
  • Knowledge of  AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot  or similar.
  • Self-Starter who is a fast learner of technology and willing to experiment to find the best solutions-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
Zaželeno strokovno in tehnično znanje


  • Knowledge on how to build applications that leverage RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation ), Crewai (ai agent), and LLM (Large Language Model) to enhance user experiences.
  • Usage of Cloud Services (any of  IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in working in an opensource project
  • Experience in automating DevOps pipeline (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Travis, Tekton, ...)
