In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Are you passionate about artificial intelligence and natural language processing? We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our team and work on innovative projects that leverage cutting-edge technology to transform textual data into valuable insights!

What You Will Do:

Develop and implement machine learning models for:
    •    Text classification.
    •    Sentiment analysis.
    •    Named Entity Recognition (NER).
    •    Automatic content summarization.

Work with advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools such as:
    •    NLTK.
    •    Transformers (Hugging Face).
    •    Spacy.
    •    SparkNLP.
    •    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create scalable and efficient solutions by applying modern NLP and machine learning techniques.

  • Solid knowledge of Python, with experience in developing and implementing models based on textual data.
  • Familiarity with popular NLP tools and libraries such as NLTK, Transformers, Spacy, and SparkNLP.
  • Interest in continuous learning and curiosity to explore new technologies in the field of artificial intelligence.

    •    Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch for training custom models.
    •    Knowledge of preprocessing and cleaning large-scale textual data.
    •    Ability to optimize models for performance and scalability.
