We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Subject Matter Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless execution of procurement processes and driving operational excellence. You will act as a key point of contact for process-related issues, oversee team activities, and ensure compliance with policies and best practices.

- Understand and manage the process end-to-end in detail.
- Maintain a high level of core performance delivery, ensuring full implementation of documented policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Act as the first escalation point for process-related issues.
- Train existing team members or onboard new resources to the process.
- Identify potential risks or issues in operational activities and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Perform root cause analysis in case of escalations and implement corrective actions to improve process robustness.
- Monitor daily team activities closely to ensure smooth execution.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Team Lead.
- Manage the operations of the Helpdesk, including support for client procurement applications and supplier enablement processes.
- Provide direction and coaching to Helpdesk Agents as needed to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Participate in periodic internal reviews and address any issues related to business control guidelines.
- Allocate tasks to the team and guide them on process-related queries.
- Proven experience in procurement and managing and executing procurement processes effectively.
- Strong skills in collaborating and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas, address concerns, and provide clear guidance.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP Ariba ERP systems, with a focus on procurement processes.
