Key Responsibilities:
Data Management:
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining data in databases for Onboarding operations
- Ensuring data security, accuracy, and accessibility.
Reporting and Dashboards:
- Creating and managing MIS reports to track Onboarding delivery
- Developing interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to present data insights.
Data Analysis:
- Analyzing trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Using analytical techniques to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
Collaboration:
- Working closely with managers and leaders to understand their information needs and provide tailored reports and insights.
- Coordinating with various HR teams
Automation and Optimization:
- Automating repetitive reporting tasks for efficiency.
- Enhancing MIS processes to improve the speed and quality of Onboarding operations
- Proficiency in tools like Excel (advanced), SQL, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of database management systems.
