AccessHub is a milestone in online access, security and control for IBMers. The AccessHub initiative, sponsored and directed by the office of the CIO, is being undertaken to help standardize the access management experience for all types of users across the global IBM enterprise.
- Onboarding new applications into AccessHub
- Assist internal customers
- Gathering, documenting and analysing business requirements
- Researching and assessing current processes, technologies and systems in order to gain an understanding of the problems and challenges to be overcome.
- Working closely with key business decision makers as well as development and testing teams to offer guidance and advice on what solutions will best fit the business’ needs, now and into the future
- Creating training manuals and user documentation to support newly adopted systems, technology or procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of the AccessHub tool (knowledge of connectors; E2E boarding process);
- Technical Skills.
