The Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for performing tasks according to established build and integration procedures, without supervision (following training and/or certification). A high level of independent judgment and
proficiency is required. People in this role need to possess a broad range of technical expertise and knowledge as well as an understanding of interdepartmental activities impacting complex integration
workflow. This person possesses an in-depth understanding of IBM and OEM IT hardware to successfully integrate and build the systems and components and repair. The employee uses judgment in choosing the task/routine.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise 

* At least 2-year MFG experience, good knowledge and understanding of IBM Power product line and mainframe hardware. 
* Good knowledge and understanding of MFG processes, logistics, Inventory Control and high-quality deliverables.
* Strong communication, Solid innovation and agile foundations, experience in organizational and administration skills. Within these skills, that applicant must be ablity to work within a professional business enviroment. 
* Ability to work independently, prioritize and balance workload to meet commitments within defined schedules.
* Detail oriented and client focused.
* Flexible, Able to work in changing conditions to meet target deliverables and and ship dates.
