Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Engineer with expertise in Test Quality to lead their dynamic QA team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving high-quality test outcomes, optimizing test processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement..

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the development of a structured approach to testing, incorporating test practices and technical solutions for accelerated business outcomes. 
  • Utilize a model-based Test Design approach and accelerate Test automation using the IGNITE platform. 
  • Leverage cognitive tools and techniques to transform detection-based testing into prevention-based Quality Engineering. 
  • Drive improvements through integrated metrics and measurements, consistently adopting easily consumable technical test practices. 
  • Prepare and guide the team on Quality Plans and overall Quality for the project lifecycle. 
  • Emphasize quality assurance and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality software products.

  • Extensive experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role. 
  • Proven expertise in test automation, model-based Test Design, and cognitive tools. 
  • Proficiency in test management tools and methodologies. 
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experiência Profissional e Técnica Preferencial
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC). 
  • Knowledge of performance and security testing. 
  • Background in software development or IT consulting.
