Experience Strategist, IBM Corporation, Armonk, New York and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 60% telecommuting permitted)
- Define and deliver the value proposition for the company’s Adobe offerings, create sales strategy to hit revenue targets with client accounts.
- Develop and implement an enablement plan to equip our sellers and Adobe partners with key messaging, data, assets, and content for each value proposition, empowering them to generate additional revenue.
- Work with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to tailor the content of each value proposition for specific sector and industry needs.
- Create Go To Market strategy’s and all supporting documentation for the offerings, market needs and client case studies to be tailored to the American market and to be used globally.
- Create joint value propositions, assets and stories that generate revenue.
- Additionally, provide client delivery and project oversight for multi-platform Adobe projects across client accounts.
- Lead and execute projects in accounts that have multiple Adobe products.
- Manage and support the project financials including forecasts, revenue, invoicing, and sales.
- Lead teams of onshore and offshore employees to deliver within company’s delivery framework, using Enterprise Design Thinking, Agile frameworks, and DevOps processes.
- Demonstrate growth within assigned accounts through additional signings and revenue.
- Manage and deliver projects to meet client scope, on-time and within budget.
- Handle integration of acquired business function and expansion of the Adobe business within a company.
- Support the upskilling of delivery team members in company specific delivery frameworks and company/client practice value propositions.
- Define and drive key marketing activities, sales plays, seller enablement and assets.
- Utilize: IBM Enterprise Design Thinking (IBM EDT), Agile (Scrum & Kanban), Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Atlassian Jira.
Required: Master’s degree or equivalent (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Managing Consultant or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing IBM Enterprise Design Thinking (IBM EDT), Agile (Scrum & Kanban), Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Atlassian Jira. $294965 per year.
