In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades

We are looking for motivated and tech passionate people to:

  • Monitoring:

ü  Regularly monitor disk space, Cloudera processes, and application logs.

ü     Troubleshoot connection issues with CDP via Livy (Jupyter Notebooks) and HDFS mounts in user space.

ü     Analyze permission errors on Ranger.

ü     Open and manage support cases with Cloudera.

  • Requirement Analysis:

ü  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs in terms of functionality, performance, and security requirements.

  • Technical Constraints Identification:

ü  Identify technical constraints such as hardware and software resource limitations

  • Security Requirement Analysis:

ü  Analyze the security requirements of the system, including security policies and compliance standards.

  • Execution Environment Analysis:

ü  Evaluate the execution environment for scalability, availability, and fault tolerance requirements.

Diploma do ensino médio/DEEM

Bacharelado
Experiência Profissional e Técnica Requerida
  • Experience on big data concepts, related standards and technical implications
  • Proven experience as a Cloudera Administrator or similar role.
  •  Strong understanding of Hadoop ecosystem components including HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, etc.
  • Proficient in using Cloudera Manager for cluster management.
  • Expertise in using tools like Livy for interactive queries and managing HDFS mounts.
  • Knowledge of Cloudera's security features, especially Ranger.
  • Experience in working with Cloudera Support for issue resolution.
  •  Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  •  Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in designing and building complex solutions based on Cloudera Platform
  • Proven experience in supporting technical teams in identifying and solving issues, ensuring maintenance and improvement on Cloudera Platform Installation
  • Knowledge of SQL, Hue/Hive, Spark Engine available languages (Scala, Python/PySpark, Java), NiFi
  • Availability to travel is an additional mandatory prerequisite.
Experiência Profissional e Técnica Preferencial

·         Cloudera certification:

ü  Cloudera Certified Associate (CCA) Administrator (CCA131)

·         Agile mindset  ability to process changes of priorities and requests, ownership, critical thinking

·         One of the following:

ü  At least 1 year of proven experience in banking or government industry projects

ü  Experience with Kubernetes/RHOS and private cloud context
