Digital Sales Centres are the foundation for best in class sales execution with co-located teams of cross functional sales, tech sales and inbound SDRs with integrated workflows. The Digital Sales centre is a hub for ecosystem, IBM business partners and clients, executing a consistent global footprint providing best in class sales tools stack, modernization to improve collaboration and seller/client experience and driving sales recognition and career development programs.

Sua Função e suas Responsabilidades
Digital Sales Acceleration specialists bridge Sales, Marketing, and Product Management operating a connected Go-to-Market model of bringing IBM products to clients with speed. They collaborate with Digital Sales, Marketing, and Product experts to create and deploy sales pursuits that will resonate in the market, accelerate opportunity identification, and drive revenue generation for IBM and the Ecosystem. They make the sales reps very productive in prospecting and creating pipeline.Digit

We are looking for the following skills:
Excellent in teamwork and collaboration
  •  
Ability to understand what is needed from other teams/ functions and not hesitate to ask for and secure the help
  •  
Good understanding of sales process and methodology, especially of digital sales (inside sales) prospecting
  •  
Understanding and appreciation of the interdependency of Marketing and Sales
  •  
Ability to translate business requirements into sales pursuit strategies with a sense of what resonates with customers
  •  
Experienced in the use of sales engagement tools such as SalesLoft as the primary tool for implementing sales pursuits and understand how other digital tools and social media can be used to prospect such as LinkedIn
  •  
Experienced in directly or indirectly rolling out sales pursuits across countries and with a diverse cast of team members
  •  
Comfortable with data and adept at employing analytical tools and techniques (very proficient with Microsoft Excel at a minimum)
  •  
Be able to ‘coach’ sellers on ways to improve execution and effectiveness in prospecting
  •  

 

Strong communication skills, written and verbal with an ability to inspire other people.
