- Lead CI/CD and Release Management:
Establish and optimise CI/CD pipelines, maintain rolling release plans, and ensure efficient delivery across teams.
- Drive Collaboration and Communication:
Work with stakeholders to prioritise deliverables, manage risks, and ensure clear communication of key dates, priorities, and issues.
- Ensure Compliance and Process Ownership:
Own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring compliance and successful delivery of offerings from initiation to general availability (GA).
- Integrate Security and Requirements:
Align security processes and project priorities, balancing functionality and compliance while driving requirements with development teams.
- Manage Multi-Offering Deliveries:
Oversee and coordinate diverse projects, ensuring seamless delivery across on-prem, container, CloudPak, and SaaS offerings.
- Experience in project management, preferably in IT or software development environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM).
- Experience in IBM technologies, solutions, or services.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
