IBM Consulting has immediate opportunities for a Project Manager. This individual will have the standard Project Management delivery and complex program management skill set but with particular ability around stakeholder management, risk management and the effective management of multiple project service providers and third-party vendors.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Program Planning and Execution including managing the end-to-end implementation of Veeva PromoMats, overall project planning, milestone deliverable tracking, resource allocation, and risk management
• Ensure all phases of the implementation are completed on schedule and within budget
• Monitor and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary
• Ensure appropriate risk management, change management, and escalation management and ensuring program has a positive impact
• Own stakeholder management with clients to drive resolutions
• Provide regular updates and status reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
• Serve as a leader and have productive working relationships with the project team to coach and mentor them to create the environment to ensure employee success
• Energizes the teams around them and recognizes challenges as opportunities to proactively manage solution
• Support the GPM team to actively share knowledge and resources to find ways to improve
• Partners deeply with IT and business executives to define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmap and plan for the future with post-deployment activities, including Application Management Support
• Support implementation proposals and services contract negotiation
• Network in a customer-centric environment to ensure we influence and lead the clients to support their success throughout and beyond implementation
Direct experience with Vault Promomats implemention
• 5+ years in large-scale enterprise software program management
• Consulting experience with proven ability to lead large, complex customers
• Service implementation experience in GxP space
• Track record of success leading internal teams and partners to deliver measurable business results
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development for enterprise customers in healthcare or life sciences
• Ability to critically and objectively interpret and evaluate information to effectively influence at the executive level with strong communication
• Skills in problem resolution, negotiation, dealing with ambiguity, the establishment of effective processes, influencing without authority
• Travel up to 50% of the time
Direct experience in the Commercial space with a priority on Veeva CRM, CLM, Approved Email, Engage Meeting, Align, Events Management
• Veeva Certifications e.g., Vault Platform, Veeva Multichannel, Veeva CRM
• PMP, Agile, and/or Scrum certifications
