In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a temporary contract and contribute to the development and maintenance of innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The professional will be responsible for creating and configuring portals, workflows, scripts, and reports, ensuring the delivery of efficient solutions aligned with business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize portals and widgets on the Service Portal.
• Create and manage flows, subflows, and actions using the Flow Designer.
• Develop client scripts and server scripts to meet specific platform requirements.
• Generate custom reports, including Reports and Dashboards, for data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Configure security rules by creating ACLs (Access Control Lists).
• Create and configure catalog items, such as Record Producers and Catalog Items, for process automation.
• Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customization and user interface improvements.
• Flow Designer: Skill in developing flows, subflows, and actions, ensuring efficient process automation.
• Scripts: Knowledge in creating client scripts and server scripts for customization and implementation of functionalities on the platform.
• Report Generation: Ability to create customized reports, such as Reports and Dashboards, for data analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Security: Experience in configuring and managing security rules through the creation of ACLs (Access Control Lists).
• Catalog Items: Competence in creating and configuring items such as Record Producers and Catalog Items, optimizing workflows.
• Web Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customization and user interface improvements.
