- Work with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs.
- Execute high volume, end-to-end recruitment
- Regularly and accurately update data in the recruitment system
- Conduct the selection process across multiple countries and business units, following the local process guidelines
- Use Data/Insights/KPIs to help prioritize and efficiently perform tasks
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources
- Communication skills and assertiveness to successfully deal with hiring managers and stakeholders from different parts of the organization
- Fluency in English
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to draw insights from data/metrics and execute recruitment plans in a data-driven manner
