We are seeking an experienced Learning & Knowledge Leader to drive the learning and development strategy for our organizations focus on Risk & Compliance in the Financial Services sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating and implementing effective learning programs, leading teams, and driving business outcomes through talent development.

役割と責任

 

As Manager -Learning Operations, you are responsible to continually optimize performance against Service Level Agreements and ensure the continued growth of the team’s expertise and eminence in Learning Operations

 

Ø  Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives, 

Ø  Provide process leadership and guidance across the different service lines of L&D.

Ø  Collaborate with business leaders on needs and design interventions to build capabilities across the organization. 

Ø  Design and deliver capability-building programs for talent development, including leadership and management development. 

Ø  Drive the development of leadership competencies at all levels across the organization.

Ø  high-level change management initiatives, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve transformational results. 

Ø  Create and implement development action plans for employees, and develop internal learning and development capabilities across the organization. 

Ø  Partner with external service providers and learning partners to ensure adequate mentorship and training of team members. 

Ø  Ensure process objectives and customer requirements are met, and drive continuous process improvements and transformation. 

Ø  Interpret and analyse data models for generation of actionable insights and that is reviewed with key stakeholders

Ø  Uses historical volume data, trends, service model and statistical knowledge to generate business level and client-specific reports and recommendations.

Ø  Minimum 10 years’ experience in Learning Delivery, Learning Administration and Learning Content Development

Ø  Proven expertise on Process and Solution Design

Ø  Ability to ideate strategic direction and initiatives through designing business outcome models, contracting structures, and identifying new opportunities and business lines. 

Ø  Strong conceptual understanding of Learning & Development, with awareness of contemporary methodologies and high capability in designing and delivering programs in management and leadership. Expertise in leading efforts on continuous process improvements and transformation, and carrying out maturity assessments. 

Ø  Strong knowledge of Learning Technology, systems and best-practices

Ø  An HR-specific post-graduate degree from a renowned university. 

Ø  Proven experience in end-to-end Learning and Development knowledge, preferably within the business process services space and finance and accounts. 

Ø  Ability to influence internal and external customers, Operations, and Finance partners. 

Ø  Ambitious individual who can work independently towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work. 

Ø  Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management skills. 

Ø  Proven interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Ø  Up-to-date technical knowledge, with a commitment to attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
