As Product Manager, Growth and Adoption for IBM Envizi ESG Suite, you will shape how we measure user behavior, instrument our SaaS product for valuable insights, and identify opportunities for growth. Underpinned by Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles and championing UX enhancements, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually improve the user experience—boosting client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Be the voice of the customer and empathize with client pain in all aspects of the user journey.
Inform and influence key UI/UX product enhancements to boost client acquisition, engagement and retention using in-product instrumentation and data analytics.
Deeply understand user behaviors and usage patterns through data insights and direct client interviews.
Developing PLG strategies to achieve product vision and drive growth in our North Star Metric.
Influence product pricing and packaging including trial sites and promotions to maximize adoption.
Become a domain expert on enterprise SaaS-based carbon accounting and ESG reporting software – gain an intimate understand competitor offerings and differentiation.
Collaborate with functional groups across the company to champion ideas and product enhancements including UX/Design, Tech Leads, Developers, QA teams, other Product Managers, service delivery teams, sales and marketing.
Maintain product backlog(s) with product requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria — and work across teams to set priorities for your product roadmap.
Support the development of product content, including product updates, knowledge base articles, videos, user guides, software demo scripts and internal training materials.
3+ years in software product management, with a focus on using data to inform prioritization and decision-making.
3+ years experience engaging in user research, testing, and optimizing workflows to enhance user experiences.
3+ years in agile product delivery, including writing detailed requirements, managing backlogs, and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
3+ years implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies including metering and instrumentation within SaaS applications to optimize customer satisfaction, engagement and retention.
3+ years demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
