As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes for a designated set of countries across various regions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver the highest quality of service in payroll operations by executing all activities in compliance with existing procedures and customer requirements.
- Process payroll data in accordance with legal standards, IBM policies, and customer requirements related to personal data protection.
- Ensure timely payroll processing by sending inputs to payroll service providers and approving payrolls.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll payments, which includes requesting uploads, releasing payments, initiating manual payments, and uploading payroll payments into the bank system while monitoring for rejected payments.
- Validate payroll inputs and reconcile output files, addressing any errors or discrepancies that may arise.
- Act as a trainer for designated courses, including work-shadowing sessions and recurring training.
