As a new Delivery Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and mentoring from experienced colleagues to help you:
- Deepen your knowledge of IBM’s Application Integration solutions.
- Develop the skills to deliver world-class services and solutions.
As a Consultant in our Integration team, your primary focus will be to support our customers integrating their applications with IBM Integration solutions. You will work independently or collaboratively with colleagues from the IBM Technology Expert Labs team across EMEA.
In this role, you will:
- Design Integration Architectures tailored to customer needs and industry best practices.
- Implement and configure integration solutions using IBM technologies, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and performance issues for our customers
- Support pre-sales activities for software and services, helping customers understand the value and capabilities of IBM Integration offerings.
- Understand integration standards and technologies, including XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, ESBs, and APIs
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns for integration, enabling the design of reliable, scalable, and flexible solutions
- Understand customer organizations and business processes to support automation and reduce data silos
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge in one or more IBM products: MQ, App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, webMethods and Sterling B2B Integration or competitive solutions
- Language skills in addition to English is an advantage
