Key Responsibilities:

 * Assist in SAP module configuration and testing under the guidance of senior consultants (e.g., SAP FI/CO, MM, SD).
 * Support data migration and validation activities during project phases.
* Participate in user training sessions and help prepare training materials and documentation.
 * Analyze business processes and contribute to identifying areas for improvement using SAP solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support solution design.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve basic SAP-related issues reported by users.
 * Document functional and technical specifications for enhancements and reports.
 * Stay updated on SAP best practices and new features relevant to your assigned module.

Learning Opportunities:

 * Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and other SAP cloud technologies.
 * Understanding of end-to-end business processes in finance, logistics, or supply chain.
 * Experience working in Agile or waterfall project environments.
* Development of problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a professional setting.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As an IBM Intern in SAP practice, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP solutions across various business functions. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with SAP systems and methodologies, while developing your technical and analytical skills in a real-world business environment.

* Fluent C level in Lithuanian and English is required.
 * Knowledge of business domains like finance, logistics, or supply chain
 * Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
 * Critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions
 * Communication skills - to interact with users, stakeholders, and team members
 * Adaptability - learning new tools and concepts quickly
 * Attention to detail - especially when working with configura
