Introduction:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our SAP Consulting team, focusing on Plant Maintenance (PM) processes. This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting clients with the design, configuration, and optimization of maintenance processes in SAP, while working closely with experienced consultants and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements related to maintenance operations.
  • Support the design and configuration of SAP PM modules, including equipment management, work orders, preventive maintenance, and notifications.
  • Participate in system testing, data migration, and user training activities.
  • Help create functional documentation and training materials.
  • Collaborate with consultants and clients to identify process improvements and potential automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to workshops, project meetings, and innovation sessions.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Final year student or recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Interest in consulting, SAP systems, and business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • English language proficiency (B2 or higher).

  • Basic understanding of SAP modules, especially Plant Maintenance (PM).
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems.
