A Supply Chain Consultant plays a critical role in helping organizations improve the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance of their supply chain operations. Their responsibilities typically span across strategy, operations, technology, and stakeholder engagement.
Lead supply chain planning and transformation initiatives, with focus on SCM package solutions.
Drive integration between SiView MES and supply chain systems, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
Conduct client workshops with business users, IT teams, and executives to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide subject matter expertise in supply chain and manufacturing domains to support project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes.
Support knowledge transfer and contribute to the growth of SCM consulting practice.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in supply chain planning and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with SCM package solutions (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, or equivalent).
- Strong domain expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and MES integration (preferably SiView).
- Proven ability to lead client-facing workshops and facilitate business process discussions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Mandarin and English proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work on-site with client teams in Taiwan.
