役割と責任

As a Senior Managing Defense Industry Consultant in the IBM Global Government team, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling, leading, and implementing offerings with deep understanding of Defense & Security (D&S) systems. You will engage with clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates hands-on in innovative D&S projects to provide innovative solutions for solving the most challenging business problems with deep understanding of the delivery methodology and associated work products and assets.
 
 You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. You will participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development and delivery of projects. There will be a wide range of opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, work across multiple geographies and multicultural teams, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the Defense & Intelligence industry.
 
 Being part of the IBM Global Government team, you will have the opportunity to work with Defense organizations around the world, covering Americas, EMEA, APAC, Japan and continuously develop your deep industry skills. Following the latest trends in the market, you will have the opportunity to improve your skills around AI/GenAI for SAP and infuse innovative AI/GenAI industry differentiated solutions and assets into our Defense transformational projects to accelerate value creation and offer automation and productivity gains to our clients.

  • Professional Expertise: Hands-on deep expertise in Defense packaged solutions with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as Consultant or Solution Architect.
  • Expert Level Process Knowledge: Holder of multiple Defense qualifications and with the ability to integrate them to provide end-to-end solutions, with strong experience with Defense business level processes.
  • Expert with Defense & Security Solutions: Deep expertise in Defense & Security solutions and its application in Defense organizations.
  • Leadership & Project Management Skills: Project management skills, including developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards. 
  • AI & Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in large digital transformation programs and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.
