Join our Offboarding team as an Offboarding Specialist supporting the HR Offboarding program in Poland. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for employees who are leaving the organization. As an offboarding specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of employee separation process, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed efficiently, effectively and timely, keeping legal compliance at all times.
Manage the end to end offboarding process including but not limited to the following:
1. Issuing necessary documentation to the separated employees. Assist in Employee and Manager queries.
2. Liaising with all involved internal stakeholders to ensure timely & smooth exit process of separated employees.
3. Constantly review associated processes and recommend changes for improvements and efficiencies in line with ESA ( Eliminate , Automate and Simplify)
4. Communicate in a professional, positive, transparent, and courteous manner at all times with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
5. Handle confidential matters/ information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.
5. Identify, investigate, analyse, and resolve Issues identified within a process thus ensuring employee experience.
6. Monitor and process tickets in the ticketing system. Resolve and close Escalated cases.
7. Take part in Internal and External audits and ensure all related information are prepared well ahead.
8. Collaborating on Final Pay Inputs to the Payroll Team and closing on employee's Full and Final Settlement as per regional legal deadlines.
9. Contribute to internal reporting, dashboard, metrics and RCA analysis.
10. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and best practices related to offboarding.
11. Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
12. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, charting, and pivot tables.
13. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present findings clearly.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
15. Support is primarily for Poland, but not limited to it. Support across countries when needed.

1. Fluency in English Business Communication(written and spoken) is essential.
2. Proven experience in a role requiring significant use of Microsoft Excel
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills and ability to handle mutiple tasks under pressure.
5. Understanding of any HR process and proficiency in using HR software (SAP) and tools will be an added advantage.
