In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
- Work on the analysis, customization and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
- Work with business and technology teams to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
- Perform configurations, develop flows, validation rules, reports and dashboards
- Support the integration of Salesforce with other legacy systems or external platforms
- Ensure the quality of deliveries and adherence to security and compliance policies
- Participate in testing, training and post-implementation support
- Proven experience with Salesforce as an administrator, consultant or functional specialist
- Knowledge of modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Experience with integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable
- Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good communication, proactivity and focus on results.
- Experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud, with an emphasis on Order Management and Omnistudio
- Profile committed to building and maintaining solutions aligned with business needs
- Mentality focused on continuous improvement, teamwork and constant learning
- Desirable knowledge in CPQ and EPC, with a focus on supporting product configuration and understanding catalogs in an organized and efficient manner.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service or Experience Cloud
- Knowledge of languages such as Apex, Visualforce or LWC.
