This role serves as a supporting member of marketing & communications to clients, sellers, business partners, analysts, and media. You are externally focused to bring the voice of the client and market insights into IBM. You’ll assist in understanding IBM clients, partners, sellers, offerings, and overall market trends – what’s important to whom and why and how IBM can uniquely bring value to the client.
As a Field M&C Professional, you’ll support the development of market engagement plans for Taiwan and Hong Kong to drive business pipeline and revenue objectives based on an understanding of clients and the local market. As a Field Marketer, you will:
· Assist in designing and executing local marketing and communications plans to support go-to-market strategies
· Leverage knowledge of various tactics and marketing and communications activities in your plans, including live or virtual events, brand recognition, social media marketing, digital and email lead generation activities, and channel/partner marketing
· Collaborate with Sales, Clients, IBM Partners, and/or internal stakeholders
. Events on-site execution in Taiwan and Hong Kong
· Help measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing and communications activities

Readiness to travel 20% annually
· Fluency in English and Chinese
Experience in relevant markets assisting in creating and implementing successful marketing and/or communications plans, leveraging a range of tactics and technologies within budget, and on time
· Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
· Ability to align to set goals and objectives while being able to quickly pivot based on business needs
· Understanding of IBM technology products and Consulting solutions, sales cycles, and solution positioning
· Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM ideal
· Ability to leverage data to make market-aligned decisions to support go-to-market execution
· Ability to craft clear briefs/communication to key stakeholders
