In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
- Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
- Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.
- Acting as a Billing specialist within the SAP ISU CCS module, implementing, supporting and optimizing related processes.
- Ensuring the integration of the billing module with other systems and corporate processes.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex problems associated with the billing cycle, including calculating tariffs, issuing bills and adjustments.
- Assist in implementing solutions to optimize the measurement, calculation and collection processes.
- Preparing technical and functional documentation, as well as carrying out training for user teams (if necessary).
- Collaborating with other areas to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and good market practices.
- Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related areas.
- Significant experience in the SAP ISU CCS module, with a proven focus on Billing.
- Advanced knowledge of pricing, contract management, metering and collection cycles.
- Strong understanding of regulations applicable to the utilities sector.
- Communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced English for international projects (desirable).

- Experience with solutions based on S/4HANA Utilities.
- Specific SAP Billing/ISU CCS certifications.
- Experience with legacy system migration and optimization projects.
