Photo Producers oversee the planning, execution and final delivery of photography projects in coordination with members of IBM's project management team. You will support photography, illustration and digital rendering in various marketing initiatives and a wide range of multimedia projects. As an experienced producer, you are comfortable collaborating and providing a creative point of view with art directors, creative directors and designers to develop and evolve work from a design and production perspective. You should be comfortable working across multiple digital platforms with various teams and always be curious and eager to experiment.
The successful candidate should have solid, focused experience in photography, illustration and digital rendering. In addition, the candidate must be a clear communicator, a team player and have a proven ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver world-class creative work.
The Blue Studio Photo Producer will report to the Blue Studio Global Practice Director, Workflow & Compliance. Based on the expectations of this role, the photo producer should have experience working in marketing and/or digital services, alongside or in-house at agencies and/or design production studios. The role encompasses a few key principles: championing the execution team and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities
- Understands the work that is flowing through the IBM Blue Studio and external agency teams and acts as a voice to bring concerns or issues back to the wider cross-functional teams
- Acts as the voice of the team, ensuring needs are met and positioning the team's work correctly in any conversation
- Helps the team develop work processes based on the efficiencies gained over time
- Guides short- and long-term planning exercises with the creative team, establishing the appropriate structure and timelines to meet anticipated demand
- Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress
- Communicates project status and goals, ensuring that project results meet quality, effectiveness, schedule and cost requirements
- Is responsible for escalating service issues in relation to the assigned area of responsibility
- Ensures that appropriate creative workflows and prioritization exercises are routine and raises blockers as necessary.

Extensive experience in digital production with a focus on photography, illustration or 3D rendering
Experience in producing and supervising visual art projects
In-depth knowledge of creative licensing and usage contracting
Experience in creating work for digital surfaces (mobile, web)
Experience in presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
