In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Marketing Consultant, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Act as a bridge between business and IT by identifying and defining Claro's business challenges and drivers;
* Define the current and future operational landscape (processes, models, use cases, usage scenarios, plans, and solutions) and validate with Claro the understanding of the information to correctly translate business requirements into solution requirements;
* Measure campaign results and monitor the invoicing and sales reconciliation process;
* Compose the analytical view to support the diagnostics and reports requested by the project's functional management;
* Provide analysis, proposals, and improvements for the client;
- Knowledge of Mk Cloud – Journey Builder
- Knowledge of running owned media campaigns (email Mk, SMS, push notifications, RCS)
