As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will provide configuration and maintenance related support for a ServiceNow tool implementation. You should have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to ITOM, ITAM and CMDB modules of ServiceNow and ticket response. You will be expected to implement different modules of ServiceNow, as well as customize if needed, in addition to managing the ServiceNow environment, including administrative activities for the tool.
***Candidates local to the DMV area will be required to work onsite in the Reston, VA office Monday-Thursday.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow modules ITOM, ITAM and CMDB is a must
- At least 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant with a focus on IRM ITSM & Integrations.
- Ability to communicate (both orally and written) effectively to various audiences
- Excellent teamwork skills
