As a AI Agent Specialist, you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their
needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM Artificial Intelligence leading solutions will solve their
problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- AI Client Strategy Design: Creating client strategies for AI
- Solution Definition: Defining AI solutions
- Educational Support: Providing proof of concepts and simplifying complex AI topics to educate
- clients.
- Creating innovative solutions using AI Technologies
- Build AI Agents and creat Generative AI solutions
- Creating AI Governance strategy for customers
Technical Expertise:
Creating Machine Learning models
How to operate Machine Learning models
Taking advantage of LLMs: prompting, fine-tuning
Monitoring and evaluating AI models
Professional skills:
Business Goal Translation: Translating business goals into technical solutions through
collaborative teamwork.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Demonstrating engaging and influential
communication and presentation abilities.
English and Spanish fluent
Data & AI Market Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of the AI and Data market, with the ability to quickly become a trusted advisor to clients by aligning IBM’s solutions with their business needs.

IBM AI Solutions: Hands-on experience with IBM AI technologies, including the watsonx platform, Granite models, and InstructLab, showcasing the ability to design and support innovative AI-driven solutions.
