Your primary responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of personalized, industry-focused client journeys that showcase the best of IBM’s technologies and services, aligning with our strategic priorities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop high-impact demos, case studies, and activations that resonate with clients.
- Create and promote scalable, reusable content and journey experiences, ensuring effective distribution and our global content repository.
- Partner closely with sales, marketing, and ecosystem teams to align engagement strategies with business objectives, ensuring the right balance of client goals and IBM sales outcomes.
- 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital sales, marketing sales, or business development, ideally in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Proven business experience in event management and marketing functions within a technology company, with an understanding of how to deliver impactful customer engagements.
- Executive briefing experience and strong interpersonal skills showcasing the ability to effectively communicate and present to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with diverse teams and sharing responsibilities to drive common goals.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple objectives, work independently, and allocate time appropriately.
- Experience in design thinking practices, applying innovative approaches to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global organization, collaborating with teams across different time zones and cultures.
- Apply knowledge of industry segments and trends.
- Understanding of go-to-market strategy, audience strategy, and client experience design and measurement is a plus.
- Experience in client experience design and measurement.
