We’re seeking a Supervisor to lead a team of analysts who identify and write operational risk case studies using news sources like FACTIVA. You’ll ensure quality, provide editorial oversight, and contribute to the monthly newsletter.
- 5+ years of experience.
Supervise analysts reviewing daily news for potential risk events - Approve case candidates and review analyst write-ups
- Ensure content quality and alignment with operational risk scope
- Support analysts with questions and editorial guidance
- Oversee or write the monthly newsletter provided to subscribing customers
- Provide ad hoc customer training and monthly customer reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk, Journalism, or related field, or similar experience
- 3+ years in risk analysis, financial services, or editorial roles
- Strong writing, editing, and leadership skills
- Must be English speaking
- Ability to respond to customer queries and demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Must be available to collaborate with a U.S.-based analyst team if located outside the United States
- Ability to explore process efficiencies, including the use of AI
- Must be detail-oriented
- Knowledge of operational risk, experience in financial services or compliance
- Familiarity with FACTIVA and content tools
