Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

• Expertise to Design and implement Enterprise Content Management solutions that meet business requirements and integrate with existing systems.

• Customize and configure ECM applications to optimize performance and usability.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ECM systems, resolving issues promptly.

• Upgrade ECM version and improve the performance and scalability of ECM systems to handle large volumes of content efficiently. 

• Implement security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ECM systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and user guides. 

• Train end-users and other stakeholders on the effective use of ECM systems. 

• Stay updated with the latest ECM technologies and best practices, and implement improvements as needed.

• Mandatorily required Problem & Change Management tools like, Service Now, IT Service Portal, HP Service Centre, and Quality Centre & ALM.

• Experience on ECM Tools – IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, CP4BA, ICN, Records Manager, OCP.

• Must have FileNet and Cloud Certification on Solution Architect.

• 14+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and leading the development of enterprise applications.

• End to end solutioning of converting the monolithic application to cloud driven architecture with APIs, Async Events and automation of Business Process.

• Developing Apps in IBM Case Manager, Content Navigator Administration and Configuration of Filenet Products-Filenet, Content Navigator, ICC, Case Manager, IBM Enterprise Records, Filenet Capture, FDM Automation of security for CPE, ICM, Records Manager

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ECM systems, including architecture diagrams, configuration settings, and user guides. 

• Delivered Cloud Driven Application with Experience API, Information API and Capability API with cloud DB in API Mesh Architecture.

• Experience implementing SSO for Web Application and integrating with APIs.

• Experience working in AWS and Pivotal Cloud Foundry Cloud environment for Rest APIs with Spring Boot,Spring Batch, Rabbit MQ, Kafka Events.

• Expertise in fine tuning and designing data model based on query driven architecture

• Implemented end to end ECM solution with Filenet core products - Content and Process Engine(CPE), IBM Case Manager.

• Experience in building Business Process system with automation of ECM product Installation and configuration with shell scripts, ant framework and Jenkins.

• Expertise in implementing complex business requirement of security for CPE, ICM, Records Manger and design of LDAP groups.

• Hands-on Experience in Migration of custom application in FilenetP8 CE and Webserver from 4.5 to 5.1,5.2

• Experience in Change process and tools like Servicenow, ALM, CI/CD, Jira, ALM.

• IBM Certified FileNet Professional and AWS certified Cloud Solution Architect Associate.
