Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

As a member of the project team, you will support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Learning. You will be involved in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you will help deliver HR solutions that align with business needs.

・Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules
・Knowledge of performance management, succession planning, and learning processes
・Communication and coordination skills
・Project management experience in HR or IT domains
・Business-level English proficiency

・SuccessFactors certification in any Talent modules
・Experience in global HR system rollout
・Japanese language skills
