Votre rôle et vos responsabilités

As the Product Manager – User Experience and Platform Modernization, you will lead the evolution of Envizi’s user interface and platform capabilities. Your focus will be on reducing time-to-value, enhancing self-service, and driving expanded usage across the platform. By applying world-class UX design principles and Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, you will help deliver a modern, intuitive experience that meets the needs of global customers while driving client acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Deliver a modern, cohesive user experience across the Envizi suite, aligned with IBM UX standards and PLG principles, to drive customer satisfaction and usage expansion.

  • Engage in user research to understand pain points, behaviors, and workflows, using insights to inform prioritization and user story definition.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap informed by market trends, competitive analysis, and user feedback.

  • Manage delivery milestones through a burndown process, ensuring on-time execution and target achievement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement product improvements effectively.

  • 3+ years in software product management, with a focus on using data to inform prioritization and decision-making.

  • 3+ years experience engaging in user research, testing, and optimizing workflows to enhance user experiences.

  • 3+ years of implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and delivering modernized enterprise SaaS solutions.

  • 3+ years demonstrating proficiency in agile product delivery, including writing detailed requirements, managing backlogs, and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • 3+ years demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

Expertise professionnelle et technique préférée

  • Strong domain knowledge of ESG reporting, carbon accounting, or related enterprise software applications
