Monitoring and reporting on operational indicators.
Supporting operations routines in different areas of the company, such as finance, purchasing, operational efficiency, event support, among others.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes with innovative ideas based on process simplification and automation
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing skills on various fronts such as: communication, support in creating presentation materials for the team, support at events.
Undergraduate students who will graduate in December 2026.
Intermediate knowledge of the Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude to identifying solutions
Ability to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary manner
In higher education from the 3rd semester onwards, with at least 1 year until graduation date
Advanced knowledge of excel and the development of macros and small automations is a plus
