This position resides in Markham, ON and is a 16 month work term commencing in May 2025. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work term.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Learning Content Development Intern to join our team and contribute to the success of our sales enablement programs. As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about today’s business challenges that clients need to be ready to tackle. You will make an impact as you will actively participate in various aspects of sales enablement, gaining hands-on experience on technical projects aiming to automate and streamline our day-to-day work, developing demos, or even unit testing content.
What will you do?
The candidate will work alongside a team of full stack developers and Sales Enablement professionals building automation, productivity tools, as well as helping with content for multiple enablement programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing back-end applications using python and java which will interact with front end frameworks to improve the workflow of sales enablement professionals. The candidate will also be unit testing multiple courses and demos and will learn about current technologies, working to integrate distinct education and enablement systems to ensure migration with these systems is a smooth process for end users. The candidate will be a self-directed and self-motivated individual always looking for creative ways to solve problems and should possess strong planning, organizational, and organizational skills.

- Python development experience
- Java development experience
- Development on Linux and/or Windows platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be eligible for a 16 month work term starting May 2025
- Experience with Monday.com or similar tool
- Experience with git
- Experience working with relational databases or noSQL databases
- Co-op/internship program enrollment is preferred
