As a Product Manager at IBM Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in execution of our global resell strategy. This position is critical as you will be responsible for improving operational performance of our resell business and allowing us to better understand the execute on our strategic KPIs.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating on removing frictions from our partner experience and allowing for faster execution.
Additionally, you will act as the champion for our Resell partners within the Product Management organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring their voices are heard in our strategic planning
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, cloud platform, marketing, sales and greater ecosystem teams.
You will also collaborate with external partners, prospects, and customers to gather feedback and insights that will enhance product-market fit and strengthen IBM Cloud value proposition
Your ability to synthesize this information will be crucial in data driven product decisions and ensuring that our offerings align with market needs and partner expectations.
Data Analysis: Strong execution/operationally minded. HIGHLY skilled in using data analytics tools to gather insights, measure performance, and inform product decisions.
Partner/Ecosystem Management: Experience working with external partners, building strong relationships, driving collaborative initiatives and ecosystem operations.
IBM Cloud Experience: Specific knowledge of IBM Cloud offerings, services, and ecosystem.
Contracting and Financials: Familiarity with contract negotiation, and financial modeling related to partnerships.
Cloud Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of any cloud platforms and their integration capabilities.
Product Management: Proven experience in managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch and beyond, preferably within a cloud or SaaS environment.
