- Bachelor’s degree++ in business, technical, HR, education, or related field; advanced degree prefered
12+ years of experience in program management, talent development, or university relations
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration across teams
Familiarity with university recruiting and early-career development programs preferred
Lead program planning, scheduling, and execution across academic semesters
Coordinate recruitment, application review, and selection with university partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and IBM leaders
Monitor student progress and provide support to maximize learning and impact
Track and report program metrics, ensuring alignment with IBM talent pipeline needs
Organize information sessions, onboarding, and networking opportunities
