Introduction

The Program Manager will oversee the IBM Co-Op Program in partnership with Penn State, ensuring a high-quality experience for both students and IBM teams.   • Bachelor’s degree++ in business, technical, HR, education, or related field; advanced degree prefered

  • 12+ years of experience in program management, talent development, or university relations

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster collaboration across teams

  • Familiarity with university recruiting and early-career development programs preferred

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and IBM leaders

  • Organize information sessions, onboarding, and networking opportunities
