In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Rôle et responsabilités
  • Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism in alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and SMEs to gather process details and identify automation opportunities.
  • Build, test, and deploy scalable and secure Blue Prism processes across various departments.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot live automation solutions, ensuring minimal downtime and high reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design documents, process definitions, and exception handling guide

  • Hands-on experience with Blue Prism (process studio, object studio, control room, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, design principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and exception handling in Blue Prism processes.
  • Familiarity with database queries (SQL) and data manipulation.
  • Good understanding of software development practices, including version control and testing
Expertise professionnelle et technique souhaitée
  • Knowledge of Blue Prism Orchestrator (Control Room, Scheduler, Work Queues).
  • Experience integrating Blue Prism with external systems via APIs, web services, or database connectors.
  • Certification in Blue Prism Developer or Blue Prism Professional Developer
