As the Global Strategy Senior Managing Consultant for the CSR Offering within IBM Consulting Cybersecurity Services, you will lead one of the most strategic and integrated cybersecurity consulting portfolios as part the CSR Global Offering Leadership Team. You will shape market presence, client transformation journeys, and delivery excellence across key Cyber Domain capabilities, such as:

This role positions you at the intersection of applying AI driven approaches to strategic vision, transformative execution, offering evolution, and market influence — embodying IBM’s commitment to being a trusted partner in a complex cybersecurity landscape.
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise risk, or strategic consulting, including direct leadership of multidisciplinary teams and offerings;
- Proven success managing portfolios across complex, cross border, regulated industries, including Data Privacy Officer or Function, and Chief Information Security Officer or Head of Cybersecurity Function;
- Deep knowledge of global cyber regulations and frameworks (e.g., NIST, SEC, NYDFS, DORA, LGPD, NIS 2, EO 14028/14117, etc.);
- Robust expertise in developing and launching new consulting offerings, methodologies, artifacts use of related technologies and execution strategies;
- Solid experience engaging with senior executives, boards, and regulators on cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, internal controls, privacy, ethics, policy management, training and development programs, cyber resilience and crisis management, and cyber risk and strategy;
- Fluent in English;
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CIPP/E;
- Demonstrated eminence through ISACA, IAPP, ISF, NIST working groups, or similar leadership forums.
