The System Services Representative is responsible for all activities related to providing service to IBM and other equipment manufactures Servers & Mainframes, including the peripheral and network equipment that makes up a complex system environment. This will include maintaining complete and accurate customer records, interacting with customers. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a connection with customers is vital in this position.
This position is a regular full time position. Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. With occasional requirements to work off prime shift and weekends, including standby/on-call rotation. Fully funded training/education, mileage reimbursement for personal car use, and benefits are available. Work-related travel throughout Canada and the U.S., along with assignments worldwide, is possible.
