- Understand client requirements for contract and real estate lifecycle processes.
- Analyze current processes and design solutions using SAP CLM/REM modules.
- Configure SAP CLM to manage full contract lifecycle: creation, negotiation, approval, execution, and renewal.
- Implement workflows, templates, clause libraries, and compliance rules.
- Set up SAP Real Estate objects: buildings, land, rental units, contracts, and valuation.
- Manage lease-in/lease-out contracts, cost allocation, space management, and IFRS compliance.
- Ensure integration with SAP FI, MM, PM, and other relevant modules.
- Support data migration and interface design with third-party systems (e.g., document management, GIS).
- Create and execute test plans (unit, integration, and UAT).
- Validate system behavior and ensure solution meets business expectations.
- Prepare detailed configuration documents, user manuals, and compliance reports.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal controls, legal standards, and lease accounting regulations (e.g., IFRS 16).
- Conduct training sessions and create knowledge transfer materials.
- Provide ongoing post-go-live support and enhancements.
- Contribute to or lead end-to-end CLM/REM implementations and rollouts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Mandatory Module: CLM and REM
1. Bachelor's degree in Information System, Computer Science or related field
2. Strong knowledge on SAP process business, mandatory at CLM and REM module
3. More than 6 years hands-on experience in SAP CLM and REM module with multiple end-to-end implementations and support projects
4. Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, and go-live support.
5. Skilled in troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering optimized solutions.
6. Strong verbal and written communication for documentation, training, and stakeholder presentations.
7. Proven experience mentoring junior consultants and working in a global delivery model
8. Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams, business users, and executive stakeholders.
